Terms and conditions of use

1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms govern use of the Stride Pro Leads platform, which acts strictly as a search and intermediation tool. By using the services, you acknowledge that the platform connects you with service providers registered and indexed via the Google Maps API.

2. Data processing and purpose (LGPD)

In compliance with Brazilian Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD), you give free, informed, and unambiguous consent for Stride Tech Digital to process your identification and contact data (name, phone, and/or e-mail) solely to:

• enable contact with local service providers through the platform;
• enable quote requests (“Leads”) and relationships with professionals selected by you or by the search system, including through Stride Pro Leads’s own messaging channel.

2.1. Artificial intelligence and data minimization

For features such as short commercial blurbs about providers (“defenses” based on public Google Maps data) and commercial lead summaries for providers, Stride Pro Leads may use large language model providers contracted by the platform.

In those flows, sensitive account credentials are not sent to the AI, including password, bank or card data, government ID numbers, or your account e-mail or phone as identifiers inside model prompts. Inputs are limited to what the search context requires — especially the need description you type yourself, your first name, demand location at profile level (city, state, zone, and street reference when provided), and public data about businesses (trade name, reviews, summarized address, Maps link).

You are responsible for not typing sensitive information in free-text fields if you do not want it processed in this context. Our Privacy Policy complements this section.

3. Purpose limitation

Stride Pro Leads will not use collected data for purposes other than those described here, and will not sell databases to third parties outside the service ecosystem you requested.

4. Disclaimer

The platform does not guarantee execution, quality, or pricing of services provided by third parties found via Google Maps. Civil, technical, and criminal liability for any contracted service lies solely with the service provider; the platform is only a contact facilitator.

5. Consent and how contact with providers works

By clicking “Request quote”, “Search professionals”, or equivalent, you authorize Stride Tech Digital to process your data for these purposes and, when a provider purchases a lead related to your request, for a conversation channel to be opened on the platform for negotiation.

5.1. Stride Pro Leads does not automatically share your sensitive contact data (phone and e-mail) with the purchasing provider outside that channel; initial communication happens inside the platform.

5.2. If you voluntarily share phone, e-mail, or other data in chat or elsewhere, you share them directly with the other party; the provider then also becomes responsible for that processing under applicable law and its own privacy policies.
