Privacy policy
Stride Pro Leads respects Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). This policy explains how we process personal data on the website and web app, together with our Terms of Use.
1. Controller
Stride Tech Digital is responsible for decisions about purposes and means of processing personal data collected through this digital service, within the scope described here.
2. Data we may collect
- Registration: name, e-mail, phone, profile type (client/provider), address or location when provided (postal code, street, city, state, optional coordinates), authentication data (password stored securely; we never display it).
- Service usage: search records, formal term acceptances, leads, interaction logs needed to run the platform, IP address and security metadata when applicable.
- Public third-party data: business information from Google Maps or similar sources to display and qualify providers.
3. Purposes
We process data to: operate sign-up and login; intermediate search and contact between clients and providers; create and display leads; comply with legal duties; prevent fraud and abuse; improve stability and security.
4. Artificial intelligence — what we do not send to models
When we use AI providers for helper text (for example, “defense” blurbs based on public Maps data or commercial lead summaries for providers), we do not send sensitive account data such as password, bank or card data, government ID numbers, or your account e-mail or phone as identifiers inside prompts.
We may use, as required by the feature: the need description you typed, your first name, demand location at profile level (city, state, zone, street reference), and public business data (trade name, reviews, summarized address, link). Avoid typing sensitive information in free-text fields if you do not want it processed in this context.
5. Legal bases (LGPD)
We generally rely on: performance of contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 7(V)); consent when required, including formal acceptance in specific flows (Art. 7(I)); legitimate interests compatible with your expectations, such as security and fraud prevention, respecting your rights (Art. 7(IX)); legal obligation (Art. 7(II)) when applicable.
6. Sharing and third-party services
We may use infrastructure, maps, verification (for example, Google reCAPTCHA), advertising (Google AdSense when enabled), and contracted AI model providers. Those parties process data under their own policies; we recommend reading Google’s Privacy Policy when using Google features on the site.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies or equivalent storage needed for authenticated sessions, security preferences, and, when configured, traffic measurement or ads. You can restrict cookies in your browser; some features may stop working.
8. Retention
We keep data as long as needed for the purposes above, legal compliance, and dispute resolution, observing applicable limitation periods.
9. Your rights (LGPD)
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability (where applicable), deletion of unnecessary data, information on sharing, and withdrawal of consent, within legal limits. Channel: use the contact or support flow indicated on the platform (institutional e-mail when published).
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current revision. Continued use after material changes may imply notice of the new version, subject to legal requirements for consent-based changes.
